These conditions govern the purchase and sale of products through the online store verdantsco.com, owned by Verdants Co.
To place an order you must add items to the cart, enter your shipping details and proceed to payment via the available methods. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email.
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Verdants does not store payment data.
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Spain: ~3–5 days (€5, free from €50). Europe: ~5–10 days (€7). Timelines are estimates and may vary.
You have 30 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal without justification. The product must be in perfect condition with its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
All products carry a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with applicable Spanish and European legislation.
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
